than 2 weeks delivery by September 2005. Achieved this while reducing

headcount from 221 to 180 and achieving record monthly shipments.

• Improved Product Quality and reduced Sales/Warranty credits by 50% by

changing weld wire process and using Vendor supplied training at no cost

to C&P.
