Overview
Mr. Panhorst has over 30 years experience in construction, maintenance and
repair on various types of facilities. He has served as a Title II
Construction Manager on the Little Rock Air Force Family Housing
Privatization project for the past 4 1/2 years. He is an experienced home
builder, with 18 years of building homes. He was a civil service employee
for the 314 Civil Engineer Squadron at Little Rock AFB for eight years
working in the structural shop and as a construction inspector.

Privatization, AR. Review designs, coordinate construction meetings
between Air Force and Owner. Monitor work progress and document
compliance. Verify code compliance; assist Owner's Q.A. person with
building code interpretation and issues to look for during the
construction process. Liaison between Owner and Base to insure quality of
communication and work progress. Provide day-to-day assistance to
installation functional staff. Provide routine daily, weekly, monthly
progress reports.
