Responsibilities included; monthly/ weekly inspection of mechanical rooms, HVAC units, roofs, exterior
and interior of buildings, and property, equipment, life and safety sprinkler/dry pipe systems, signs, lights
and benches for damages.
Monitoring the performance of contractors, Maintain a comprehensive maintenance work order program
for plant and equipment and keeps cost down and maintaining a good relations in looking after the

Responsibilities included: preventive maintenance for all Lennox and carrier units (troubleshooting)
