EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Responsibilities included; monthly/ weekly inspection of mechanical rooms, HVAC units, roofs, exterior

and interior of buildings, and property, equipment, life and safety sprinkler/dry pipe systems, signs, lights

and benches for damages.

Monitoring the performance of contractors, Maintain a comprehensive maintenance work order program

for plant and equipment and keeps cost down and maintaining a good relations in looking after the

tenants.

Responsibilities included: preventive maintenance for all Lennox and carrier units (troubleshooting)

Replace batteries for Edwards’s boxes, boosters, notifiers, fire dialers’ boxes, emergency lights and

resetting.

Clean and replace unit heaters filters in mechanical rooms, replace lights, which include rewiring led

wall packs, gooses necks etc.

Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting, concrete repairs, Inspections of glycol loops,

expansion tanks ( Bladder Tanks ) compressors on dry pipe systems, checking pressure gauges for any

Responsibilities included: Ammonia plant daily, weekly and monthly inspections, chillers,

condensers, safety valves, compressors, pumps, pipes, lubricated all bearings etc.

Low pressure and hot water boiler, inspection included: check floor for combustible material, pressure

and temperature readings, ventilation not block for boilers, noises and vibrations, low water conditions,

chemical tank, valves for weeping or leakage, combustion air openings for boiler,

Inspect burner flame, test low water cut-off, performed water test for boiler and condenser, lubricate all

pumps and motors and blow down boiler daily, test limit control, check fuel supply etc.

Ice arena operations and maintenance (ice surface, boards, glass, bleachers, edging, flooding, zamboni

lights, painting, electrical, plumbing, fire extinguishers equipment, first aid kits, air canisters current.

Pool operations and maintenance, pool, mechanical equipment, ventilation systems, chemicals, wave

slide equipment, compressors (filters, v belts, oil, hoses labeled, and HVAC maintenance.

April 1 2007 to October 11 2009. Full time.
