Change Agent and Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Introduced a new

approach to Loss Prevention with an emphasis in deterrence coupled with

aggressive prosecution. Assisted in the development of new Standard

Operating Processes in Operations, Inventory and Asset Prevention. Coached

Regional and District leaders on change management techniques to reduce

shrinkage.

District Loss Prevention Manager 1999-2001

Managed asset protection and security operations for all stores within the

how to improve process execution, building a culture of high employee
