Wayne Memorial Hospital 5/2004 – 3/2007
I ordered patients tests and nourishments per Dr. orders. Also I handled the entire department’s
paperwork for every patient. Monitored patient telemetry heart units for the nursing staff and
notified them in the event of a medical emergency. I handled all incoming and outgoing calls. I
answered patient call lights and reported the need to the nursing staff. I enforced the
department’s visiting protocol for the benefit of the patient and families alike. I had to leave this
job because I was working from 3pm – 11pm and I desperately needed an am pm job.

Walmart Vision Center, Jesup Store 10/1998 – 1/2003
I made manufactured lenses and mechanically fit the lenses into the eyeglass frames and sold
eyeglasses and contact lenses, helped fit patient contact lenses, conducted pre exam testing,
handled cash and credit card transactions. Ordered store inventory and dealt with limited
insurance vision claims, such as Medicare, Rayonier and Spectera vision plans. I had to leave
this employer because I was pregnant and was due to deliver my second child very soon.

In conclusion, I am a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and I have
maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 4.0 since I started college. I have participated in volunteer
works including Life UPC food and clothing pantry and Angel’s Benefit and Charity Ball for SMA
(Spinal Muscular Atrophy).
