South High Rise Resident Hall Renovation and Addition for the Ohio State
University: Lead engineer for the construction management team on the
three phase project. Manage the overall engineering effort including an
MEP engineer, cost engineer, and scheduler. Project was the selective
demolition, renovation, and addition for five 11-story residence halls
totaling 2,527 beds and a regional chiller plant with three 800 ton
chillers connected to 502 geothermal wells. The project anticipates
achieving LEED certified gold. Total construction cost: $118M
Ohio Union Replacement for the Ohio State University: Lead engineer for
the construction management team replacing the student union and parking
garage. Manage the overall engineering effort including an MEP engineer,
cost engineer, and scheduler. Project was a 3-story, 315,000 sf facility
with very high level finishes in a marquee project including a $4M food
service package. The project was LEED certified silver. Total construction
cost: $105M
The Mall at Tuttle Crossing for The Taubman Company: The project engineer
for all aspects of the project including, shop drawing review, change order
evaluations, and MEP. Project included the mall concourse and shell, all
site work, and the coordination of four anchor stores and 140 tenants.
Total cost: $65M
Fleet Management for the City of Columbus: The project manager for the
construction management team. Project included a 150,000 sf vehicle
maintenance facility and fuel center. Total cost: $26M
Psychology Building for the Ohio State University: The project engineer
for the construction management team. The tight placement of this project
required significant student life accessibility considerations. Building
included a state-of-the-art animal laboratory facility. Total cost: $28M
Business Service Center for Huntington Bank at Easton: The project
engineer of all general trades for the construction management joint
venture. This is a five-story building housing the secure business service
center for Huntington National Bank.
Total cost: $70M
Concourse C Expansion for Columbus Municipal Airport Authority: The
project engineer (without a project manager) for the 5-gate expansion.
Project included coordination of work within the secure perimeter of the
airport operations.

engineer (without a project manager) to repair the company's reputation
with this client. Project included the upgrading of the building
mechanical systems and other renovations on the 100-year-old, 13-story

the construction management team. The project was a multi-phased
construction of a secure facility. Total cost: $26M
