a vision/strategy that resulted in significant company growth. Oversaw key
initiatives including major leveraged buyouts, company expansions, contract
negotiations with equipment/service providers, technology management
optimization, human resource management, sales management, lean
manufacturing, industry certifications, and profit and loss.
o Promoted to Chief Operating Officer, after four years as President,

o Grew revenue from $60M to $180M over a nine year period by virtue of

President, 1998 - 2002
Responsibilities: Identified, developed, and oversaw a team of eight Vice-
Presidents and Directors which held operational and financial
responsibility for all aspects of the organization. Managed every facet of
operations, including development and implementation of the annual business
plan, strategic planning, human resource development, budgeting, and
financial analysis and reporting.
o Promoted to President after one year as Senior Vice President,
Engineering/Technical Services due to superior performance and
leadership during a massive technological transition.
o Managed the negotiations and purchase of the Motorola repair center in
Matamoros, Mexico, leading to significant growth and financial
performance of the company.
o Increased revenue from $30M to $60M and raised market share from 20%
to 40%.
