operation of a bobcat, picking short hand orders for customers and LTL’s to be delivered,
unloading and loading live loads, and training new employees.

Team leader in the kitchen staff- responsible for how I carried the kitchen and its
operations, traveled for new store openings and training.

as football games, volleyball, and UFC. Also responsible for the following: safe audits, end
of the night cash count, closing and opening the store, all of inventory including alcohol and
beer. Responsible for the safety of guest and employees, dealing with any if all problems
