• Special projects include tracking purchased media used in the lab, when it
expires and how much is thrown away to maximize profit; making templates
used for various things in the lab, tracking VIDAS errors per system, and placed
on a team to brainstorm and communicate closely with IT members. Leading
Daily Operational Review (DOR), familiarized with Nestle Quality Management
System(NQMS) and Go-See-Think-Do(GSTD) problem solving, assigned to
investigate customer complaints and observations against the pathogen lab.
Introduced to Genetic Detection System for Salmonella as well as Horse meat
detection via PCR.
• Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures and Daily Operating Procedures.
Maintain Good Laboratory Practice. Proficient in Q-Pulse document center:
acknowledging documents, submitting documents for change and updating
