INEL, TECUMSEH, ECTIL, SOLAR PROJECTS FOR L&T, MOSER BEAR, JOHNSONLIFT,

GREEN SPAN, M&M, ALEX, ENDURANCE etc.,

As a Production End-user:

. Raw Materials Planning.

. Coordination with all Departments related to the Production like

Quality, Tool Room and Maintenance etc.

. Maintaining shift schedule, shift wise and monthly wise.

As SAP-PP Core Team Member:

. Material Requirement Planning based on Customer requirement

. Products planning & scheduling in interaction with marketing & sales.

. Individual supervision of all work centers for enhanced productivity.

. Co-ordinate with operators and junior engineers for effective manpower

usage.

. Planning of Pickling line with our affecting the rolling production.

. Work rolls arrangement for different grade material rolling.

. Work with different stages of the production line for smooth and

timely delivery.

. Maximum utilization of resources (manpower and equipment) for meeting

time deadlines.

. Coordination with marketing purchase, shop floor, to ensure smooth

floor to meet the business targets.

. Reduce the online defects of maintenances down time and increase the

productivity.

. Control of consumables at al! a work centers from HRS to PACKING.
