COO position was eliminated in October 2012 as part of a restructure to position the business for

potential sale. Increased profits and met key customer requirements for Supply Chain & Logistics by

aligning internal resources to rapidly grow Sales and improve Working Capital position.

• Limited Brands / BBW sales increased 22% in 2013 while maintaining a “green” report card

• Working Capital improved 16% with Inventory Reduction hitting its Stretch Target of 12%
