Planned entire technical organization (maintenance and quality) for 300 plane fleet of

aircraft to be operated under FAR Part 135 in a multi-regional network. Wrote the

Corporate Quality Management Policy and General Maintenance Manual incorporating a

Safety Management System and Risk Assessment System. Devised organizational

structure and manpower requirements. Devised document management system and

maintenance training program. Defined requirements for maintenance management

with fixed base operators.
