JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Initiates the preparation of liquidation of all expenses incurred by the department.

2. Assists the Head, TMSD in the preparation of the Annual Department Budget.

3. Initiates the preparation of travel, work, or access permit for approval of the Head,

TMSD and the Head, Operations-SOMCO.

4. Prepares monthly and annual accident reports for submission to the Head, Operations-

SOMCO, President and CEO-SOMCO, CITRA, TRB and other operations department.

5. Records all incoming and outgoing, files and dispatches report, communications and

letters received;

6. Prepares Payroll for submission to HRAD.

7. Maintains appointment book of the Head, TMSD;

8. Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner;

9. Meet and greet clients and visitors;

10. Follow-up requisitions of office supplies: and,

11. Performs such other duties as the Head, TSMSD may direct
