Nature of Duties & Responsibilities

Operate machines and production lines starting from feeding materials and ingredients and ending with production of final products (ready-mix concrete).

Monitor and handle all production activities in the ready-mix plant as assigned by the production engineer.

Perform the required cleaning for equipments and machines as per the work instruction.

To have good control over shovel operator and Plant Helpers.

Responsible in the production process of the plant.

Compute the daily status of materials like (cement, aggregate, additives).

To record and immediately report the date & time and description of any breakdown malfunction or improper function of any part of the plant machinery, ice plants &chillers or software control systems to the plant division.

To ensure daily plant Maintenance, taking proper care of the plant room & computers eliminate dust at a time.

At the middle of each day’s program check the availability of materials in the bins & amounts ordered & I arrive for the next day’s program to ensure you will not be short of materials.

To execute the program exactly as set by the area dispatch executive and controlled by the branch dispatch officer.

Report any quantity or quality error immediate quality department & to the plant division for action.

Daily cooperation & communication with the branch dispatch officer.

Handles all paper works of the plant.

Follow batching and program instruction from the branch dispatch officer.

To take any print outs from the batching and delivery notes systems as follows and submit to the branch accounts depart. Operation manager.

a) Delivery notes list print out.

b) Customer quantity analysis.

c) Driver trips allowance.

d) Pump production.

e) Transit mixer production & trips

f) Maintain all and enter any mix designs in to the batching & shipping system.
