RESBONSIBILITIES:

. new product introduction to the factory of the SMT production portion

. Organizing of SMT line from kit launching to output takeout from the

machine

. Generate accurate programs for production equipment including SMT

equipment.

. Response for reducing down time by good preventive, predicative and

break down maintenance

. Daily SMT maintenance, General, Head area, Feeder plate area

. Analyze machinery breakdowns and implement corrective action.

. Handling the proto type new product PROGRAM ANALYSIS

. Daily monitoring for shift rejection and analyzing for reduction of

rejection.

. Reducing cycle time and increasing production

. Line assessment for improvement on both on productivity and quality

. Maintaining all the maintenance & breakdown maintenance records.

. Prepare daily weekly and monthly production hourly reports analyze the

issues and rectify
