I am an enthusiastic and goal-driven middle and high school teacher and Social Worker. After 13 years as a

social worker I began a Teacher Licensure Program at Ashland University. I received my Master of Education

in Literacy in 2005 and have taught in both public and private school settings. I am a versatile individual with the

• Provided counseling to individuals and families with issues of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family

problems, parenting, unemployment, homelessness, child and teen behavior problems, marital and relational

conflict, pregnancy related crisis, addictions, anger management, divorce and separation adjustment, suicide,

domestic violence, and family dysfunction.

• Gathered social history; identify presenting problem/needs, complete necessary paperwork to open and on-

going counseling case.

birth parents.
