Responsibilities include responding to guest and front desk work orders. Conduct preventive

maintenance on guest suites, hotel fixtures and equipment such as boilers, hot water heaters,

laundry equipment (grease and lubricate bearings drive shafts and blowers), swimming pool and

spa maintenance, kitchen equipment as well as maintain life and safety equipment. Repair of

ADA lifts and televisions. Also conducted other repairs as required such as HVAC, plumbing,

sheet rock, painting, electrical, tile and flooring, and rough and finish carpentry.
