As a Business Manager of several projects/programs, I was responsible for communicating the financial status of

bookings (volume orders brought in from outside), sales (cost of goods sold), expenditures (expenses occurred on

projects), profit margins (how much did we make), and ROI calculations (return on investments). I created a

Program Manager’s Dashboard that depicted not only the information listed above, but included metrics of

schedule information (milestone accomplishments) earned value management information (timeline and cost

information) risk management information (risk occurrence, probability, and mitigation factors), along with

deliverables (documents, materials, products, services, reports). The management policies and procedures were

across the board with internal and external customers and reported to upper management. I defined the scope of
