. Led procurement effort that managed a proposal submitted for the JLTV EMD
(Engineering, Manufacturing & Development) Phase for the JLTV Government
awarded Contract. Resulted in a successful contract award to BAE Systems.
Lead the procurement team to a successful early delivery of all vehicles
on contract while managing all vehicle commodities consisting of build-to-
print sheet metal/aluminum/steel fabrications, machined items, castings,
all specialty automotive items designed for military vehicles, specialty
and commercial-off-the-shelf items, fasteners, hoses, fittings, cables,
harnesses, electronics, specialty services, engineering, testing, fluids,
and Intercompany Work required for supporting the Sealy site.

vehicles (FMTV, MATV, MRAP, & JLTV), Commercial Trucks and other

Led administration of subcontract procurement of specialized parts and
assemblies used on FMTV A1 (Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles) and MRAP
armor vehicles and sub-contracts of purchase orders in excess of $500
million. Oversaw negotiation, bid, and cost proposals of components and
prepared bid packages; negotiated terms and conditions, non-disclosure
agreements, and long-term Supply Agreements that lead to contract awards
for FMTV. All commodities consisting of engines, transmission, all power-
train items, build-to-print sheet metal/aluminum/steel fabrications,
machined items, castings, axles, all specialty automotive items designed
for military vehicles, specialty and commercial-off-the-shelf items,
fasteners, hoses, fittings, cables, harnesses, electronics, specialty

development of the ICP (Improved Crew Protection) Cabs for HIMARS (High
Mobility Artillery Rocket System) weapons vehicles. Supported all
testing that led to final success and future award of cab contracts to be

agreement for E-coat (Electrocoat) chemicals required for coating all
parts on site that resulted in 22% cost savings plus cost incentive

added to a special load handling variant of vehicles for lifting and
transporting ISO Container Systems, a project requiring ITAR

million. Enforced that each supplier complied with FAR and DFAR
regulations along with import/export regulation.
