Moved into business development by General Manager in view of a need to make improvements in capturing

new business coupled with having superbly led, managed, and mentored employees on the C-5 MTD

government contract allowing them to assume the contract program management functions without impacting

the customer. Retained previous responsibilities that include project deliveries other than the C-5 MTD

contract; quality officer leading to the company attaining ISO 9001:2008 certification, and safety officer. In

performing project management delivery responsibilities a customer wrote in part to supervisor: “…It is

Program Manager for the Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment of the C-5 Maintenance and Aircrew

Commanding Officer of Naval Communications Unit, London leading 235 military and civilian personnel

was most significant tour. Progressively promoted. Served honorably in all sea assignments including

Missile Officer, Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Damage Control Assistant, Weapons Officer, Chief
