• A member of the Corporate Partnerships practice group to support the global media team for “AT&T," a Fortune
11 telecommunications firm.
• Assists with the development of AT&T's innovative Public Relations News Operation Center, an 8-panel interface
that monitors the pulse of traditional and social media around AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.
• Providing company tours, platform feedback, issue reporting, daily monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate’s with the network and social media teams to monitor for outages or major customer complaints that
may negatively impact AT&T's overall sentiment.
