"a conservation organization dedicated to protecting land for present and
future generations by helping landowners protect land primarily through
conservation easements". Mr. Hodgson's primary responsibility was
purchasing and securing real estate conservation easements, title
attachments, on qualified private farm land through the US Department of
Agriculture's Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP). Mr. Hodgson
negotiated/facilitated the coordination and funding of these easements
through the US Department of Agriculture with matching funds obtained
through third party entities such as 501 (c )(3) corporations like the
Georgia Land Trust. He successfully negotiated and executed the first two
farmland conservation easements through the USDA FRPP mechanism in the

As Senior Hydrogeologist/Project Manager at Uribe and Associates he managed
a multi-disciplinary team of geologists, hydrogeologists, chemists,
toxicologists, engineers, and environmental scientists. Mr. Hodgson's
primary responsibility was the management of Uribe's United States Army
Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District contracts and projects
primarily in support of the US Army's Base Realignment and Closure Program

he executed a base wide surface water flow and quality impact analysis, and
provided oversight of field operations. Under Navy Clean he provided
ongoing hydrogeologic and targeted contaminant data analysis and multiple
parameter multiple aquifer containment contour mapping at the Navy's
Alameda Naval Air Station, Alameda, California. He was named Corporate

At SAIC Mr. Hodgson supervised a group of geologist, hydrogeologist,
engineers, environmental scientist and support staff, providing

extensively in Alaska and California, and other western and southwestern US

complex. The Cantina employed 35 to 55 persons depending on the seasonal
