bank Statement application. Bank is making changes to their statement for CD Maturity Notices, Mortgage Statement as

well as Consumer and commercial loan statement.

• Facilitates User Acceptance Test sessions with customers, assigning defects to appropriate project team members and

tracking resolution to completion using client IT standard tool HP ALM.

• Entered defects in ALM, created and distributed defect reports, followed through on status of defect fixes; re-tested

and documented re-testing results.
