well as Consumer and commercial loan statement.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitates User Acceptance Test sessions with customers, assigning defects to appropriate project team members and
tracking resolution to completion using client IT standard tool HP ALM.
• Entered defects in ALM, created and distributed defect reports, followed through on status of defect fixes; re-tested
