Project Synopsis:-
Branch Delivery System is core banking software used by all the
branches of the BANK SAUDI AL FRANSI, This Software is used to perform
various Financial and Non Financial transactions on the bank's main
database. It is a smart client application. Which have some good individual
benefits such as it allows the user intelligent installation & update,
allows the users to use the local resources, increases the user interface
and most importantly users are allowed to use the network resources as
well. Furthermore, it helps in reducing the network dependency. Going
little bit descriptively smart client applications help in manageability,
increasing performance, reducing unnecessary network traffic and more
responsiveness. There are various local hardware devices used by the smart
client BDS application such as scanners, barcode, readers, printers as well
as software solutions such as Signature verification. Using above-mentioned
hardware and software helps in increasing user productivity, reducing data
entry errors.
