Walle Corp., Winchester, KY 2012 – 2014

General Manager

• Equipment included three wide web ten color PCMC flexographic presses, HD CTP

department, slitters, adhesive laminator, sheeter, seamers, and other equipment.

• TRIR reduction from 8.5 to 4.1.

• Waste reduction of over 4%.

• Increase in run speed of over 150 FPM net.

• Installed several new pieces of auxiliary equipment and one new slitter.

Printpack, Elgin, Marengo, IL 2006 - 2011

Plant Manager

Equipment included gravure presses, tandem laminator, tandem extruder, slitters, seamers,

blown film, and auxiliary equipment in a 200,000 square foot plant.

Moved plant from $50mm in sales to $75mm and added 75 associates to 220 and had them

trained in less than one year.

The plant was certified AIB superior while there and was an ISO certified plant.

$20mm of new shrink sleeve business was added in one year.

Plant Manager, in Marengo to improve safety performance, increase output, and reduce waste.

IPC&L, Rogersville, TN 2004 - 2005

Managed facility to incorporate team building and increase productivity while diversifying from

traditional customers, processes, and skills

Equipment included two Sciavi presses, Champlain presses, slitters, and hot stamp machines.

Sonoco Flexible, Morristown, TN 1996 - 2004

Area Manager 2003 - 2004

Managed Morristown, Charlotte, and some programs for Keating.

In the Charlotte NC facility, we had three wide web PCMC flexo presses and one

adhesive laminator.

We were able to increase anilox line screen from 300 to 700 and increase run speeds

to over 1000 fpm.

The Charlotte plant went from losing roughly $1mm per year to profiting over $3mm

in one year.

Plant Manager 1996 - 2003

• I managed total responsibility of the Morristown facility.

• My biggest accomplishment was team building. We used the teams to progress the plant to

world class.

• Equipment included two wide web Cerutti gravure presses with in line lamination and slitters.

• Increased sales from $17MM to $52MM and increased profit from -$1.5MM to +$12MM.
