Installed exhaust ventilation in storage warehouses following ACGIH and NFPA
codes required for ventilation in areas with propane powered fork trucks and storage
of products containing combustible dust. Determined number of air exchanges
required in each location. Installed low speed high velocity fans to provide
recirculating air and floor condensation control while meeting insurance requirements
and fire code to protect sprinkler pattern in event of fire.
Installed automated steam condensate return system. Installed conductivity sensors
and actuated return valves to maximize clean condensate return to the boiler and
divert high conductivity condensate to warm water system. Coordinated PLC
programming and logic with electrical support group and boiler house operators.

Lead a cross-functional error proofing effort to eliminate brand mismatch in
pasteurized to pasteurized changeovers. Reduced brand mismatch holds 90%.
