Important trainings

1. 5 years of Anesthesia experience at IG Medical College (1995- 2000). I have conducted

various types of anesthesia including anesthesia for General Surgery, Obstetrics and

Gynaecology, Opthalmology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery and Pediatric

surgery.

I am skilled in various anaesthetic procedures like airway management, lumbar

puncture, epidural block, various peripheral nerve blocks, central venous cannulation and

arterial cannulation.

2. Underwent 2 yrs of training in the department of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery from

IG Medical College, HP (2006-08). Got training in Intercostal drainage management,

ventilator management, thoracotomies, embolectomies and vascular repairs.

3. Two years of experience in pulmonary medicine at DDU Hospital, Shimla ( 2000-02).

Trained in management of both outpatients and critically ill patients including the patients on

ventilator.

4. Trained in ‘minilap surgery’ from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India in April- May
