OPS/CARERE, in charge of WATSAN & Irrigation.

Brief of main responsibilities:

• Manage and Implement the assigned project agreements such as Rehabilitation and Construction of school

buildings, health centers, roads, hand-dug wells, drilling wells, and Irrigation Structures.

• Participate in workshop and meetings relating to Irrigation, WATSAN, Health, and Education.

• Monitor and supervise the assigned project agreements implemented by the communities, local NGOs, IOs

and other Institutes.

• Assist the project management process to the ADM such as appraisals, survey, data collection etc to prepare

annual work plan.

• Train and supervise other staffs.

• Extend and provide technical assistances and supports to staffs and communities.

• Prepare project agreements, narrative reports, financial reports, semester reports, monthly reports,

progresses reports etc

• Assign necessary resources required to complete activities as per the approved schedule guidance.

• Prioritize works according to the schedule.

• Organize and control of technical, financial & administration projects of the sector.

• Attend and lead the progress meetings and coordination meetings.

• Evaluate and ensure the Quality Control of works.

• Plan and schedule to expedite the activities.

• Follow up the progress regarding procurement, cost, planning and coordination.

4. Assisting Trainer to compile Training Lessons before the training.

5. Involving and attending of every course of training.

6. Organize and compile training lessons for trainees after the training course.

7. Take care on other requirements or needs.

Accomplishments

1. Providing real execution and efficient practices to the trainees.

2. Trainees can be adapted and received more useful interesting relating Rural Development Program during

training and future.
