I am a responsible, motivated professional person, who is reliable and

honest with a strong commitment to strive to exceed care standard

I'm currently working as a manager at Hazelhurst Nursing Home since

October,2013. It's a Dementia Home catering for 30 residents.

The Gables Nursing Home- Home Manager

. Manager of a 54 - bedded private nursing home for Elderly nursing

and with Dementia.

Whilst I have been there we have had a CQC Inspection in July and

already It would appear that this report is a marked improvement on all the

previous ones.

attention. I introduced care plans, new policies and procedures, a

structured recruitment process and arranged relevant training and

support for all staff- including mentoring of NVQ students and newly

qualified nurses and care staff

. Working in conjunction with local authorities, I implemented structure
