• Responsible for training entry level employees, setup, operation and machining precision

parts holding tight tolerances 003 on all dimensions and as low as .0001 tolerances per

customers blueprint specifications in fast paced, high volume production/prototype shop

under little to no supervision.

• Maintain high attention to detail, maintain production goals while maintaining the highest

quality standards and produce the least amount of scrap per production run.

• Operate six machines (1 cell), Citizen Cincom Swiss lathes K16, L20, C32 and L32

machines and Iemca, LNS and Edge bar feeders.

• Quickly and easily interrupt complex blueprints for inspection with callipers, micrometers,

specialty micrometers, height gage, concentricity gage, proflometer and comparator.

• Parts are fully inspected, documented per ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, deburred,

properly tagged and moved to the next operation in an efficient manner.

• Perform tooling changes, set and adjust cutter compensation, check and set proper W and

U shifts, set and ensure proper t-data, variables and com values, verify 1st part run and

document 1st article for production run, perform program edits to ensure precise machining

per customer blueprint.

• Maintain GD&T standards, proper surface finish as low as 8 RMA, identify burrs or any

other machining defects.

• Diagnose, problem solve, and assist other employees with technical issues and repair
