As Vice President oversaw Driver Recruitment, Operations Department and
Safety Department, also accounted for all safety training and regulations
required for agencies and drivers. Directed and managed the creation of an
online driving recruitment tool to help direct potential five star driver
candidates towards National Van Lines. Acted as the primary liaison between
corporate headquarters, drivers, and agents, and was a key member in the
agent council which serves as a focus group for nationwide concerns, issues
and overall performance.
Key Accomplishments:
. Improved and increased fleet haul by 10% and committed fleet increased
by 10% and additional 5% from third party vendors
. Produced a flow process which resulted in a 15% increase in on time
pickup timing and 5% improvement in delivery and improved CSA scores

. Started a partnership with an electronic on board recording(EOBR)
program to improve all aspects of safety, accountability and accuracy

function ran smoothly, handled any driver issues, and helped them
understand the financials of the shipments that was offered to them. There
