Experience monitoring, tracking and reviewing efficiencies in the Tool

Room.

Experience in Tooling cost,tooling validation and Tooling timelines..

Experience using root cause problem

Certification of Die Making, Cad

Experience reviewing geometry to assure tooling release.

Strong Management Leadership and Supervisory experience.

Experience identifying and qualifying Die shop suppliers.

Experience with 5S, 8D, TS16949, ISO9000 and QS9000.

Certificate of Management/Supervision for Success.

Experience to achieve part design including DFM ( Design for

manufacturability).

Design and/or redesign tooling that will increase production and insure

cost savings and quality.

Responsibilities including approval, design review, and detail of complete

Die.

Manage the activities of engineers, Review Math Data & Design development.

Assisting buyers in supplier cost analysis to achieve cost reductions..

Review Customer's products design for Tooling Feasibility.

Allocating work to, and overseeing the work of Lead Die makers and Tooling

team.

Managing tool repairs by coordinating Lead Hands with internal or external

resources.

Manage Tooling Department

Perform annual reviews of Tooling Department personnel

Maintain a safe working environment.

. Maintain optimum conditions for producing the dies based on the

production schedule.

. Compliance with preventive program.

. Management and control of the monthly budget.

. Engineering changes requested by the client and or internally.

. Coordination in the manufacture of parts.

. Annual Investment Plan to improve performance of the Tool Room.
