. Lead direction for food process system design, installation, startup

and commissioning;

Managed capital budget of $1.5 - $4 million annually.

. Developed and implemented a new high speed line; increasing line

efficiency for producing portion cup products at 960 cups per minute

with one operator per machine; eliminating the need for manual

packing. Reduced overhead by $900,000 annually plus eliminating

overtime in 12 months.

. Implemented new development plan for new equipment layout in limited

floor space that increased volume output by 52% and reduced overtime

and freight charges; first 12 months savings $93,000.

. Developed a plan and implemented new layout for new equipment that

allow creation of new processing and packaging system to produce

800,000 to 1,000,000 portion cups per 20-hour day for garlic sauces;

achieved project completion in less than 12 months from note pad to

production.

. Engineered versatile system, created layout and implemented; enabled

customer to produce new products in new green shelf containers, oval

or square while still being able to produce round tubs.

. Directed all engineering tasks, lead and facilitated continuous

improvement strategies and managed all outside contractors.
