• Schedule employee shifts including upsizing and downsizing when required.

• Facilitate the employee performance correction procedure as required.

• All aspects of launching new inspection projects including initial kick off meeting through to

ensuring effective process for flow and throughput.

• Review inspection data and charts.

• Audit work instructions and observe inspectors to ensure procedures are correct and

consistent.

• Ensure work instructions are current, available and visible to all inspectors.

• Review timesheets.

• Verify that required supplies are available in sufficient amounts and controlled.

• Meet with supplier and customer representatives to ensure satisfaction.

• Communicate regularly with operations team and Vendor representative.
