Perform oxygen set up’s, and titrations to portable O2 devices, cough assist device, suction units, CPAP units, nebulizers and unit dose are some of the equipment I have recent experience setting up and providing requested patient education and in home care assessments, and disease management as well as patient education and follow up of compliance with a local DME. I have had the opportunity to be on call, alternating every other week with the nearest HCS/RT in Port Angels, and wore alternating hats at my center on a regular basis.

I have experienced working with six MD’s in this practice, which requires time management and effective, accurate triage of patients needs. My experience also consisted assisting MD’s with many different medical procedures in the clinic setting, providing follow up care and required referrals or appointments. I’m qualified to make medication adjustments such as coumadin, with MD oversight and signature, along with ordered injections to any required method of route. In the last 8 months of my employment with this facility the clinic intergraded an EMR computer system that required entry of all patient history and medical records, including documentation records onto a personalized notebook.
