volume electronic board and module assembly for Daimler
Chrysler. Duties include coordination of all production
activities and scheduling of all three lines for all shifts. Work
successfully to accomplish department goals and meet
challenges, supervising hourly workers in a UAW
environment. Consistently recognized for high performance

Logistics Supervisor
Involved in all aspects of shipping, receiving and material
handling for two plants. Directly coordinated all activities
through the supervision of more than 50 hourly employees
engaged in supermarket route deliveries, fork-truck material
movement, finished goods shipment, and inventory control
including tool stores and utilities. During this time, introduced
efficiencies that eliminated the need for 19 fork trucks and 11
mobile carts, and reduced departmental head count by more
than 25% through the implementation of Lean manufacturing
principles.
Production Supervisor
Directly responsible for daily supervision in numerous areas
of two plants. Daily management responsibility for scrap and
suspect material, first pass yield results first time quality,
departmental budgets, overtime reporting and equalization in
a UAW workplace. Consistently achieved departmental goals
