as a recent culinary graduate of Le Cordon Bleu MSP I am seeking a variety of positions in the food industry to
add to my cullinary experience. I am persuing a Food Science degree and hope to one day play a key role in
the Food industry in agricultural reform. My culinary heros are Anthony Bourdain, Paula Dean, and Iron Chef
Masaharu Morimoto.

November 14,2013 I volunteered doing community outreach at Minnesota State Metro Resources. I presented
an interactive healthy living seminar for borderline intelligent individuals. during a 20 minute presentation I was
responsible for engaging individuals with short attention spans, conveying the message of healthy living, and
creating a positive response to the presentation.
