WORK HISTORY
2002-(present) President /CEO, Complete Property Repair
Duties: I went into business for myself about ten years ago.
What we have been doing for the last eight years is
restorations of homes listed on the historical registry in
both categories 1 & II. It has been a very interesting and
challenging job. My skills have sharpened in all areas due to
the attention to detail required when requesting approval
from the governing agency., The Department of the Secretary
of the Interior is an exercise in paper work. The daily
schedule on this type of work had to be managed and updated
almost to the hour. It was time consuming but rewarding.
Complete property repair would then typically be awarded the
maintenance contracts on the properties that fell in registry
II cat (occupied homes constructed pre 1910) In 2008 all aid
at the local and state levels stopped. In 2012 the federal
government funding for the restoration of properties also
stopped and the program ended. Which is why I am looking
forward to talking with you about an employment opportunity.
