Project Description:

The Employee Services unit of the Human Resources division of Bank Of

America needs an application to track and manage all

leave requests raised by its employees. This application will allow the

employees to raise two different types of leave requests - Simple Leave

Request and Special Leave Request. Employees can raise requests for

multiple leave intervals under one simple or special leave request. Leave

requests will be approved or rejected by the Project Manager or the

Employee Services Manager. At all times, the remaining number of leaves

available for each employee will be maintained in a Data table called the

Employee Leave Records. An employee can raise a Simple Leave Request if the

total number of days of leaves requested does not exceed the number of

leaves available to him/her. To avail leaves beyond the available number of

leaves, he/she needs to raise a Special Leave Request.

Responsibilities:

. Implemented the business rules on the basis of software requirement

specifications (SRS) using Pega Rules Process Commander

Project Description:

AHS is a home warranty company, giving protection to home.

Unlike usual Insurance companies, AHS is different from Insurance

Company as AHS provides protection to equipments such as electrical or

mechanical in the house but Insurance Company doesn't. So if something

goes wrong to any covered item, then they can raise request to get it

shorted out. Providing insurance to household equipments would mean

that if the AHS customer reports any problem with an insured product,

AHS would take the responsibility for the entire product's repair,

within the coverage period.
