Job Responsibility :

- Having an extensive experience in processing, billing,excavation and all

other types of depot handling jobs etc.

- Maintaining General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, Purchase

Ledgers.

- Preparing of MIS reports (related to Sales, Purchase,Stock Transfers) on

fortnight basis.

- Maintaining of Attendance Register.

In addition to the above manual record-keeping all other SAP related works

of Depot is under my responsibility.

Time to Time, providing the entire reports of Sales, Collection, Over Dues

etc is in practice.
