SUMMARY:
Working as 'Control Room Engineer' since Oct
2013 to till date in Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd an ISO 9001-2008 certified
company the pioneer in providing Engineering Solutions and Manpower
Outsourcing. I have got experience in Commissioning and Operation of HRSG
Boiler and its auxiliaries along with BOP.
Present Experience:

Working in Commissioning and Operation (DCS Operation) for HRSG
Boiler along with BOP under L&T POWER at 1X375MW CCPP, GSECL-Unit III,
Dhuvaran, Gujarat.
My responsibilities are;
. Commissioning and Operation of the equipment through Siemens SCADA
{SPPA-T3000 WORKBENCH}.
. Active participation in HRSG service&steam blowing process and
maintaining related parameters along with Natural Gas parameters
required for firing.
. Monitoring of Pneumatic and Hydrostatic test for Vertical, Triple
Pressure, CPH and RH type HRSG Boiler with the capacity of 350TPH.
. Supervision of Chemical Cleaning to the boiler and water flushing to
all the Critical and Pressure Piping.
. Follow up of site test procedures for BOP Commissioning.
. Operation of auxiliaries such as the plant switchgear
(220kv/6.6kv/440v) through DCS.
. Issuing Safety-Work and Isolation Permits for the work under
Commissioning area.
. Taking No Load and Full Load trail runs (Heat Run) of all the HT<
motors along with pumps and IDCT fans.
. Maintaining CST, CCW Expansion Tank, Deaerator, Hotwell, Clarified
water storage tank, service water tank, Overhead tank, ACW&CW sump
levels during operation.
. Interlocks, Logics, Protections, Sequence of operation checking,
Emergency Tripping Signal with alarm checking.
. Safe operation of Natural Gas Skid (Module-I&II) during
commissioning.
. Supervision of Dry preservation of total HRSG circuit with Nitrogen
gas.
. Trail run of all the Pneumatic & Motorized Valves from DCS and
monitoring of Hydraulic Circuit System for CV operation.
. Schedule change over to the air compressors during commissioning
period and monitoring running parameters for BFP, Booster, CW, CEP,
Fire watering pumps, Vacuum pumps, etc.
. Maintaining Operation & Steam Blow Log reports and monitoring DM
analysis reports for the water samples.

2X12TPH WHR Boilers & associated auxiliaries of Thermal Systems,
Hyderabad Make.
. Also engaged in Operation of Siemens Turbine with Bleed&Condensed
(ACC) type having Woodward 505 governor, Throttle Governing,
Reduction Gearbox.
. Maintaining field log sheets for Boilers and Turbine, actively
participation in plant preventive and shutdown maintenance

. Monitoring of structural alignments regarding flash tank and
regenerative APH seals arrangement with proper gap as per
Construction Designs.
. Ensuring the correct position of boiler piping along with critical
piping hangers and supports as per Construction Designs.
. Tracing the air and oil paths for tube mill by the help of respective
P&ID.
. Checking of NCR status rose by Third party Inspectors and finalized
report submission to the client.
. Preparing technical dairy of each equipment, checking of all the
instruments in field with comparison to supplier data.
. Pneumatic test carried with 0.6MPa, 6cu.m and Hydrostatic Test
Carried with 1.5 times of Boiler design pressure, leakage & Seepage
identification during testing, Preparing Check lists as per procedure
and reporting to Client with Photographs.
. Submission of daily observations & Design based deviations to the
respective incharges of TSPL.
. Interlocks, Logics, Protections, Sequence of operation checking,
Emergency Tripping Signal with alarm checking.
. No-Load and Full Load trail runs of Sluice and sewage pumps along
with coupling alignments.
