Attached is a resume highlighting my skills, experience and background in the many different facets of highway and commercial construction.
I have lengthy experience at working on different crews on major highway projects. I have worked on widening crews, pipe crews, clearing crews, concrete crews, grading crews and paving crews.
My experience with commercial construction utilizes most of the same skills as highway construction. I have worked on the construction sites of schools, convenience stores, department stores and various other commercial sites. On the different projects I was responsible for most of the grading, footers and paving, in addition to the layout on some of the jobs. I’ve worked in many capacities from heavy equipment operator, foreman, crew leader, to mechanic and truck driver.
I would be described as a hard charger who does not stop until the job is done, someone you can count on to not stand around wasting time. I have the ability to visualize the broad scoop of a project and understand the necessity of a proper work flow sequence. I have been able to foresee potential problems and avert them resulting in an increase of financial and production efficiencies.
