SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed over 25 years of military service as an Army Maintenance Officer specialized in maintenance management, with
concentration in acquisition, management, advise, plan, organize, supervise and allocation of resources and facilities to execute all levels
of maintenance operations for the United States Army. Member of the 3rd CORPS Inspector General Inspection team leading inspections
on subordinate units. Provided functional and technical assistance on maintenance and logistical operations for the entire theater of

Senior Logistics Officer responsible for interpreting and executing the Army Materiel Command’s readiness analysis program.
Developed and implemented concepts, policies, and procedures to monitor and identify deficiencies in AMC supported equipment that
negatively impacts Active, National Guard and Reserve equipment materiel readiness. Track the readiness status of Army units and
provides oversight of readiness actions, issues, and tasks originating from AMC Operations Center briefings, Army Strategic Readiness
Reviews, Army Strategic Readiness Updates, meetings and correspondence. Use automation tools such as ILAP, WebLIDB, APES, RPA,
and ARMT to track readiness and Reset issues. Monitor logistical readiness trends and reports from automated database to identify
equipment or trends of particular interest. Prepare EXSUMs briefings and information papers. Presented the command at Department of
Defense, HQDA, ACOM/ASCC/DRU, and subordinate command briefings, conferences, in-process reviews, workshops, and symposia
related to materiel readiness for the Total Army.

Provided direct supervision for the APS/TSS Maintenance Division for a US Army contract maintaining prepositioned equipment.
Provided direct coordination with internal and external contract management personnel supporting the APS-5 mission to insure the
readiness and sustainment of the sets assigned to the APS/TSS Directorate. Maintained the readiness of two Brigade Combat Team Sets
and a Theater Support Stocks, composed of over 35 thousand end items and valued at over $2.3 Billion, as a member of the APS/TSS
Directorate management team. Other supervisory/budget responsibilities included assisting the APS/TSS Director in the development
and implementation of the APS/TSS Directorate’s maintenance management policies, manpower, operating budget, facilities and
government furnished property requirements.

Served as an Instructor/FSR for the MaxxPro MRAP Vehicle. Conducted instruction on PMCS, Operator New Equipment Training
(OPNET) and Field Level Maintenance New Equipment training (FLMNET). Served as the subject matter expert assisting units with
complex diagnostic troubleshooting on the MRAP family of vehicle. Completed four weeks of training at Red River Army Depot with
the MRAP University training on all five different variants of the MRAP.
Battalion Supply Officer – MNC-I, Baghdad Iraq

Served as a supply overseeing the accountability of equipment and supplies for the Multinational Corps in Iraq. Had direct oversight of
investigations for unaccounted property. Monitored the accountability of newly acquired property and transfer of property in a fast paced
wartime environment in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
CORPS Ground Maintenance Officer – III CORPS, Fort Hood, TX

Served as the Ground Support Maintenance Technician III CORPS G4. Assisted the Senior Maintenance Technician in analyzing the
Corps maintenance issues and provided advice to the Chief of Maintenance Division. Assisted in the development and implementation of
CORPS level maintenance and supply related policies and procedures. Provided staff assistance and expertise for the CORPS and
attached Major Support Command’s on maintenance issues and challenges. Assist in the Corps Modification Work Order and Safety of
Use message programs. Assist in the oversight of the Reset and Reconstitution of equipment returning from deployments.
