• Work with delinquent customer’s to effectively execute a work out plan in terms of modification, short sales,

Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure and repayment plans.

• Review complex file properties maximizing recovery on behalf of the client with a predefined timeline for the

customer.

• Review current financial ability, and anticipate future financials for customer s ability to repay.

• Prepare, review and negotiate list price and approval for short sale.

• Comply with federal regulatory investor and insured regulations and guidelines.

• Correspond with customers, brokers, and attorneys in order to facilitate delinquency and resolution through

contract, research, information gathering and file preparation.

REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT

• Prospect potential buyers and sellers for the purchase and sale of Real Estate.

• Market and advertise properties for sale, through the use of various resources, but not limited to, such as

FMLS and GMLS, Internet and e-mail communications.
