Position : QA/QC Inspector - Instrumentation.

Client : ABUDHABI COMPANY (ADCO).

Duration : 09-11-2011 to 12-04-2013

Conducting regular inspection & tests to ensure the performance capacity of

various machines and equipments to ensure smooth operation.

Witnessing on-site and off-site material and installations test for

compliance with project standards.

Material receiving inspection according to Specification sheet and packing

list verification.

Site drawing revival and distribution, Maintain documents as per ISO 9001:

2000, Control of documents.

Daily inspection plan as per Method of statement and ITPs.

Co-ordination with Main contractor and Sub-contractor personnel for daily

inspection activities.

Raising Non-conformance Report as per file flow specification, Raising CAR,

Collating Test sheets and Test packs.

Preparation of site acceptance documents, Coordination for final site

acceptance procedures.

Observe or monitor objects to determine compliance with prescribed

Responsible for calibrations of field Instruments for Pressure,

systems and station safe guarding systems.

ITR's signing upon completion of Inspection based on acceptance criteria.

Review and approve 'As Built' drawings and test pack for the installations.

Monitor and review quality control procedures / inspection & test plans and

ensure compliance to contractual requirements.

Verify that jobs conform to the scope of work and quality control plan.

quality control activities on instrument equipment/systems construction,
