Operated bottle making machinery with product pack percentages averaging 90

percent. Worked on a rotating 12 hour shift. Responsible for performing

quality checks every 2 hours. Monitored and adjusted mold machinery. Made

timing and pressure adjustments as necessary. Exhibited good housekeeping

skills picking up broken glass, cleaning oil leaks and spills, and cleaned

machinery and tools regularly. Helped train new hire employees. Worked in

GFMP environment 9001 and ISO14001.

Repaired essential parts and equipment for bottle making machinery.

Performed scheduled maintenance and Mold Equipment changeovers.

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of pneumatic valves and parts.

Worked as a team to completely rebuild multiple manufacturing machines (8-

10 section Emhart and Bottero press and blow and blow and blow glass

molding machines). Also have good housekeeping skills. Tracked and reported

all repairs and changeovers, length of repairs and changeovers, and all

work performed daily. Performed some light fabrication, welding (wire

feed, arc, plasma cutter) no certifications. Forklift experience in tight

spaces and on extreme surfaces and low visibility. Frequently practiced

lock-out/tag-out procedures.

RGIS Inventory, Modesto, CA November 2004 - July 2005

Responsibilities:

Team Leader

Directed work force, and tracked employee progress. I dealt directly with

store managers and clients to assure the highest quality experience. I

counted inventory on ten-key auditing machines. I was responsible for

transmitting inventory auditing results back to company headquarters at the

summary of every audit. I was the Team Leader of a group of top auditors

responsible for traveling northern California and western Nevada dedicated

to Home Depot inventory audits. I had to spend overnight in hotels 3-4

nights a week depending on location.
