Hospital Director
Managed day-to-day operation of the hospital. Developed an efficient, productive veterinary team that
provided high quality care and service to pets and clients. Managed the profitability and finances of the
hospital to ensure consistent growth and improvement. Ensured compliance with all practice policies and
procedures and with all local, state, and federal laws. Maintained daily cash reports, all accounts payable
and receivable, invoicing and billing, inventory control and ordering, scheduling, client correspondence and
client retention. Performed in client service coordinator / receptionist position as needed. I was responsible
for the majority of the marketing ideas, which led to a substantial increase in new clients, and therefore the
hospitals were more profitable.
Due to my project management and organizational skills I was able to reorganize two different non-profiting
hospitals to exceed all budgetary profit goals, one hospital by 50% and another by 172%. In Las Vegas, I
was responsible for 2 hospital locations and both locations surpassed all financial goals.
