Objective:

2011-2013: Synergy Clinical Research
I worked for a clinical research facility as support staff and lab tech. I ran the in-patient
lab on the unit. My duties include but not limited to drawing, preparing and shipping all labs per
protocol requirements, performing all clinical tasks due at each required visit. I am extremely
qualified and have great references that prove my abilities of being a reliable research
coordinator who pays attention to detail and accuracy which I know is valuable in research. I
have experience in phase 1 studies as well as others. I have great understanding of GCP and
company SOP's. I am very organized and keep all binders for each protocol up to date and
accurate at all times. My communication skills are excellent with the sponsors and their needs. I
can prep for monitor visits and follow-up while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. I
also work hand in hand with other coordinators making sure all visits are complete and binders
are ready for review by monitors.
2009-2012: Skin Surgery Medical Group/Clinical Research
I worked as a clinical research assistant with responsibilities in knowing GCP, adhering
to company SOP’s and daily communications with sponsors. I was responsible for learning all
protocols for each study and obtain training for each study. I performed all necessary
requirements as directed for each visit for each study. I draw and prepare labs per protocol
requirements. I complete all charting as necessary with attention to detail and accuracy.
2008-2009: Eisenhower Imaging Center-Medical Assistant
Eisenhower Imaging Center/cancer center I assisted the Radiology Techs in performing
ordered scans for our patients. I was responsible to room and prep all patients prior scan and
make sure all their needs are met to the fullest extent. I had the opportunity to learn all
requirements and guidelines for each individual scan as well as setting up with the proper
equipment.
2005-2008: Loma Linda University Health Care-Medical Assistant
I was a medical assistant in the ENT Dept. I performed all of the daily functions of a
medical assistant. I set up for minor surgical procedures and make sure all of the patients needs
are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I then transferred to Corona VA where I was a
front/back office medical assistant which I enjoyed learning new tasks and working in a Veterans
clinic.
2004-2005: Prudential Financial-Private Nurse
I was a private nurse to a man who lives with cerebral palsy. My daily responsibilities
would include but not limited to providing assistance with all of his daily hygiene such as
shaving, brushing his teeth, brushing his hair, dressing, bathing and preparing/feeding him all of
his meals. As well as administer all required daily medication. I also took care of all his finances
and banking needs and took him to any doctor and dental appointments that he would need.
2004-2004: Gaede Institute of Medicine – Medical Assistant
Front and back office experience, insurance verification, assisted with minor surgical
procedures, scheduled patient appointments, responsible for patient referrals, performed
Tuberculosis tests. I would also prepare and draw blood for proper labs as ordered by physician
and per protocol.
2002-2004: Palm Springs Family Care- Medical Assistant
Floater for three doctors, forwarded all prescriptions to pharmacies, patient scheduling
and appointment verification, was incumbent with administering injections.

2002-2003: Desert Career College-Medical Assistant Program
Extensive training and hands-on experience while working at a local medical office.
