Internship at JFK - Pulmonary Department. Responsibilities included: nebulizer treatments,
bronchial hygiene therapy, suctioning, etc. On May of 2006, I was moved to the Medical ICU at
said Hospital; Training with mechanical ventilation, and also assisted in code blue situations.

I was hired as a Receptionist and was in charge of a multi phone line, mail, packages, greeting
clients, and making sure the reception ran smoothly, after 3 years I was promoted to the legal
translations department where I was in charge of translating documents English-Spanish, and
Spanish-English. These documents included: Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, Minutes of Board
of Directors Meetings, and any and all contracts. I also oversaw and proofread all of the
translations made by the rest of the Translation Department. I was an executive secretary for two
of the partners in the firm and handled their every need with regards to all aspects of the
business, travel arrangements, conference calls. In 2001 I resigned from my position in order to
come to the United States to continue my education.
