implement vendor/supplier management procedures to coincide with

Parent Company policies and procedures. Responsible for reviewing

existing in house contract document(s) to identify content,

inconsistencies in terms and conditions or lack thereof and make

recommendations as to the addition of missing and/or inconsistent

terms and conditions to be addressed in an addition of an addendum to
